Ticket Policies

- Ticket exchange privilege   is available to Cal Poly Arts season subscribers and donor levels of $300+ only. 

- Tickets will be emailed or mailed if requested in a timely manner. Otherwise, orders will be held at "will call."

- On the day of an event, the Ticket Office will open at noon and close one-half hour after the start of the show.

- Please check event web pages to determine if topical and/or adult content will be part of the show and age recommendations are outlined.

Adult Content:

Shows that have adult content/language are noted on website pages.

Courtesy to Patrons:

As a courtesy when using fragrance, please be aware that patrons seated near you may have scent sensitivities.


Age restrictions: Cal Poly Arts performances are not recommended for children under 5 years of age. No infants are permitted in any venue at any time.

All patrons entering the venue for a ticketed event must possess a valid ticket, regardless of age. Even though it may be possible for a young child to sit in the lap of an adult, the child must still have a ticket. If a child is acting in a way as to distract other patrons or the performers, the accompanying adult must escort the child out of the venue until it is appropriate to re-enter.

Electronic Devices:

Taking photographs and the use of laptops, cell phones, audio and/or video recorders during the performance are strictly forbidden. Patrons must comply or they will be asked to surrender such equipment to the House Manager's podium for the duration of the show.

Audience Support Services:

High-volume shows will be advertised as such in the lobby. Complimentary earplugs are available from the House Manager.

Hearing enhancement devices are available. Please ask the House Manager at the venue for assistance. Wheelchair seating is available on a limited basis and can be arranged with the Ticket Office directly. Please note:  Any signed interpretation requests must allow at least two weeks advance notice in order to make arrangements.

Wheelchair and sign language interpretation seating are available. Spaces are limited, so please call the Ticket Office to make sure your needs can be met. Signed interpretation must be arranged at least two weeks in advance.


Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
