Student Assistant Program

Cal Poly Arts is looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and responsible students to serve as part-time Hospitality & Program Assistants during the 2024-25 academic year.

This is a fantastic job opportunity for current Cal Poly San Luis Obispo students to be involved in the professional performing arts as part of their Cal Poly experience.

Responsibilities of this position include:

• help with lobby set-up and break-down

• sponsor receptions set-up

• backstage artist hospitality

• merchandise sales on the night of a show

This position requires someone who will take this time commitment seriously and be able to work evening performances including some weekends. Shifts available vary week to week and month to month based on the performance schedule.
